Fast check in flow

For the fastest check in, ask the resident for the last 4 digits of their mobile number.

Search by mobile last 4 digits

Example: 8821. This is usually the quickest way to find the correct record.

If the mobile number is not available, search using the resident’s name or postal code.

Alternative search

Use name or postal code only when the last 4 digits cannot find the record.

After the result appears, choose whether you are checking in the whole family or only one person.

Select Family or Individual

Use family selection when all listed members are present. Use individual selection when only some are present.

Review the selected tickets, then submit. Once submitted, the ticket will be marked as attended.

Submit and done

The app updates attended and remaining tickets automatically.

To check ticket type completion, tap the top cards: Total Tickets, Attended, or Remaining.
